  1. Add eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add cream and milk to the bowl and mix.
  3. Melt butter, then add it to the bowl and mix.
  4. Pour cake flour into mix through metal strainer. Blend some of the fruit into a liquid consistency and add to the mix as well.
  5. Pour entire mix through metal strainer multiple times for best consistency (liquid should be as smooth as possible).
  6. Cook as many layers as possible using a stove pan and the mix (each layer should be pretty thin but not too thin) (Low heat without butter works well).

Filling ¶

  1. Cut up fruit into small pieces and blend until mostly smooth (don't make it liquid).
  2. Mix the fruit blend with the whipped cream evenly.

Together ¶

  1. Place individual layers on a plate, spreading a thin coat of the whipped cream/fruit blend in.
